Our clothing and content are designed to encourage meaningful conversations and remind people that they are not alone. Admire Wear is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment or crisis services.
Where does my order ship from?
Admire Wear works with professional fulfillment partners to produce and ship our products. Because products may be fulfilled from different locations, shipping times can vary depending on the item and destination.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information using the email address provided at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Because many Admire Wear products are made or prepared after your order is placed, please allow time for both fulfillment and shipping.
Delivery times can vary based on your location, product availability, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.
Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
Carriers sometimes take time to scan packages after a shipping label has been created. Tracking can also temporarily stop updating while a package moves between facilities.
If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it.
How do I know what size to order?
We recommend checking the size guide on the product page before ordering.
Sizing and fit may vary slightly between products. If you prefer a more relaxed or oversized fit, consider sizing up based on the measurements provided.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it.
We'll do our best to help, but once an order has entered production or fulfillment, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
If your order has not entered fulfillment or shipped, we may be able to update it. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before completing checkout.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
We want you to receive what you ordered.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We'll review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate solution.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our products are produced specifically for each order, return and exchange eligibility may differ from traditional retail stores.

How should I care for my Admire Wear clothing?
